We want to ensure the best experience possible while you attend R LIVE. Please read over some of the best practices and most frequently asked questions about the Virtual Conference. R LIVE is a digital event that you can attend from the comfort and convenience of your home, office, or wherever you are, through a computer or mobile device. The format will be similar to attending an in-person Rockheads Group conference but in a safer manner, in response to recent health concerns. You will have the ability to engage in real time with our topic ambassadors, other Rockheads members, and our vendor partners. With R LIVE we hope to bring together the best of both worlds for a shared unique experience!

To attend R LIVE, you need to be registered for the event and have your computer or mobile device, as well as a good internet connection. You will receive login details from Virtual Conference Center a few days prior to the conference, so keep them accessible. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders as sometimes these emails may get filtered from your main inbox. If you want to whitelist the emails so they don't get filtered, learn how to do that here.

Additionally, R LIVE will be powered by Zoom. Please take time to download the software and create a free account prior to the meeting so you don't have any delays the day of. You should also set your custom Rockheads Zoom virtual background by selecting one of the following: Member, Guest, Vendor, Presenter

On the morning of each day of the R LIVE event, you will receive a reminder email from Virtual Conference Central. The email will contain a link that will take you to the event page and then prompt you to log in with the credentials you should have received in a separate email a few days ahead of the event.

Once logged in to the platform, you will be in the "Lobby" of the event. From here, you can see the interactive conference floorplan, review the event schedule, or hop over to the vendor expo. You can join others in the Lobby by clicking the button to join the meeting. Refer to the agenda and proceed to the Auditorium or Breakout areas, based on the scheduled session times, by clicking on them.

Yes. However, prior to the event you will be organized into groups (A, B, C, or D) based on your business' annual revenue. You will receive an email with your group assignment a few days ahead of the conference. The session content is curated specifically for each group so you can virtually attend each breakout session topic based on your group's timeframe.

There will be a live chat function during the R LIVE event, located in the bottom right corner of your screen. You can instant message the conference concierge with any issues or questions you may have and they will be happy to assist.

The Lobby is the central point within the R LIVE event. You can always return there to mingle, ask questions or find out where the next session is happening. Our sessions are showcased on each page of the event. Please be sure to reference it in order to attend the live presentations and meetings taking place at the designated times. Be sure to click the "JOIN NOW" button once you're in each space. We will begin each day of R LIVE in the Auditorium before we move into roundtable sessions. Following the conclusion of each session, you will be directed by your room host to relocate to the appropriate room based on your group and time. Rooms can be accessed via the interactive floorplan, interactive agenda, or the main navigation.

This is where part of the magic will happen and where our main presentations will take place, including Benchmarking and our Best Ideas Contest. While we encourage you to participate during the session, please use the “ChatBox” feature to send your comments so we can let all attendees hear from our Industry Experts LIVE! To avoid sound interference, please keep your computer muted, unless otherwise asked, while in the Auditorium space.

To encourage maximum engagement, we are limiting each smaller session to 25 attendees at a time. At the end of each conference day, grab your beverage of choice and join us for happy hour and networking. On Thursday, December 3rd, we'll have Pub Trivia going on. It will be a fun time you won't want to miss!

Our virtual vendor tradeshow will be open throughout each day so we encourage you to explore and learn! Discover the group purchasing opportunities, exclusive member offerings, great services, and more provided by our annual sponsors by visiting the Expo section. While visiting each sponsor "booth", please take time to fill out the survey questions they have provided.
